We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Rewards & Recognition team. The role requires in-person work in our office several times per week. The Senior Compensation Analyst will support compensation programs and processes for the North American consulting practice in a professional services environment.
Requirements
- Support base pay, incentive award, and early career compensation programs
- Execute compensation activities in alignment with established policies, guidelines, and methodologies
- Maintain and update salary structures for the North American practice
- Conduct job pricing analyses using survey data and internal benchmarks
- Support internal equity reviews and accurate implementation of structure updates
- Analyze survey results to identify market trends and support pricing recommendations
- Conduct ongoing compensation research and benchmarking against peer organizations
- Build and maintain compensation models for pay adjustments, promotions, and annual bonus processes
- Prepare clear analyses and summaries that translate data into actionable insights
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support hiring and internal movement decisions
