Conduct personnel plans and policy analysis, program management support services, and planning and programming analysis. Analyze personnel plans, programs, and policy with respect to officer and enlisted personnel and documentation associated with all facets. Apply problem solving expertise to help analyze workforce policies, procedures, and tools to support transformation efforts for the federal government.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with management analysis in areas such as business process reengineering, configuration management, quality control and quality assurance, organizational performance assessments, mission analysis, and strategic planning
- 3+ years of experience with workforce, staffing, and administration
- Experience with military human resource (HR) management or military workforce, personnel, training, and education
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge of HR concepts, principles, laws, and regulations
- Ability to develop and brief data summaries to support decision-making
- TS/SCI clearance
