The Talent Management Program Analyst will support the client's staffing and resource management needs by researching, developing, and analyzing talent management programs, ensuring compliance with federal and DoD guidance and policies. The role will involve performing routine tasks to facilitate the management and execution of civilian hiring and corresponding actions, and providing operational support to implement resource management processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in USMC and DoD talent management and human resources management processes and systems
- Experience as a program manager and team leader
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of USMC personnel administration and human resources policy
- Knowledge of Marine Corps operations, functions, and staff at the Marine Expeditionary Force level
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
