Opposing Forces Plans Lead

Use your creativity, problem-solving, and storytelling skills to improve organizational mission performance in the defense industry. Participate in the OPFOR military decision-making process to develop OPFOR competitive Operations Orders. Assist in ensuring all Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) requirements are submitted on time and that they meet or exceed standards.

Requirements

• Experience as a former field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major
• Experience serving in a key developmental position at the brigade or battalion level
• Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and current doctrine
• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• MEL 4 certification
