The Opposing Forces Staff Lead will direct the OPFOR contractor staff during day-to-day operations and assist the government in leading the OPFOR military decision-making process.
Requirements
- Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major
- Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level
- Experience with Micro soft Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and current doctrine
- Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Completion of Military Education Level 4 (MEL4)
