66degrees is an end-to-end AI transformation partner seeking an IT Operations Manager to build and manage its internal IT Operations function. The role is responsible for the stability, integrity, and operational excellence of the company's core information technology systems.

Requirements

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing IT Operations team
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary escalation point for the IT Operations team
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for the global IT department
• Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of all internal Cloud Platform environments
• Lead the administration, integration, and optimization of the core corporate SaaS portfolio
• Partner with business departments to understand their needs and own the technical implementation of their core platforms
