We are looking for a Technical Instructional Designer with 4–6 years of experience to join our Global Learning & Development team. This role will focus on translating complex technical concepts into structured learning experiences that support engineering and technology teams across the organization.
Requirements
- Design and develop technical learning programs including modules, assessments, learning aids, and structured learning paths.
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences.
- Create storyboards, microlearning modules, video scripts, and scenario-based learning content.
- Develop high-quality instructional materials including job aids, documentation, and training plans.
- Manage and administer learning programs within the LMS, ensuring content is structured and Accessible.
- Use learning design tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms to build interactive content.
- Track engagement metrics, maintain learning dashboards, and support reporting to improve learning effectiveness.
- Collaborate with global L&D teams to improve learning templates, pathways, and program delivery.
