7shifts is a scheduling and payroll platform designed to help restaurant teams thrive. As the Account Manager, Mid-Market, you will be responsible for owning the relationship between our mid-market customers and 7shifts, playing a critical role in driving their continued growth and success.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Sales experience in SaaS (Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Partner Account Manager) working with mid-market and/or enterprise customers
- Strong sales and business acumen, with the ability to manage relationships, projects, and complex customer needs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both internally and externally
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a large book of business
- Experience using CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Vitally, ChurnZero) to manage pipeline and accounts
- Comfortable working with data, including Excel or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, ThoughtSpot)
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools (i.e. Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude) to drive efficiency in day-to-day and increase productivity
