Job Description
7shifts is a scheduling and payroll platform designed to help restaurant teams thrive. As the Data Analyst, Finance, you will act as a dedicated, embedded partner to our Finance team, helping leadership measure what matters, uncover trends, and identify risks.
Requirements
- Act as the primary, embedded data partner for the Finance team
- Translate finance datasets into business narratives
- Build, maintain, and own finance-specific dashboards
- Automate and streamline data preparation for key operational cadences
- Develop and maintain data models using dbt and SQL
- Maintain deep subject matter expertise on all core 'finance data' definitions, tools, and roadmaps
- Effectively present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
