Job Description
Gracious Hospitality Management is seeking a seasoned finance professional with experience in restaurants and retail to serve as the Finance & Data Analyst. The role will be responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, and will work closely with the leadership team on strategic decision making, capital allocation and board/investor relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field
- 1-3 years of experience in an analytical or FP&A role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, etc.) or restaurant tech platforms (Restaurant365, SpotOn, Meez etc.) a plus
