Partner Manager

As the Partner Manager at 7shifts, you will be the liaison between 7shifts and its channel partners, building and deepening long-term relationships that drive revenue growth, enable partner success, and strengthen our position in the restaurant technology ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS sales or partnerships with a proven ability to build relationships that drive revenue while delivering exceptional partner experiences
• Proven track record of building relationships with partners, particularly in the restaurant technology or food distribution space
• Ability to develop and execute field-level market plays, including ICP targeting, outreach sequences, and objection handling
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple partners and competing deliverables simultaneously
