Sales Director

The Sales Director role is responsible for demonstrating the value of 829 Studios' performance marketing services to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and closing deals. This role requires a strong understanding of the marketing industry and experience selling performance marketing services. The Sales Director must have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently while remaining coachable and contributing to team success.

Requirements

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings
• Present and demonstrate the value of 829 Studios' services to potential clients
• Audit sales prospects accounts
• Close deals and negotiate contracts
• Manage the customer relationship and provide ongoing support
• Track and report on sales performance
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold email, and cold calling
• Qualify leads by Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Schedule meetings with qualified leads
• Maintain a CRM system to track and manage leads
• Participate in weekly sales calls and training sessions
• Meet a monthly recurring revenue (MRR) sales quota
• Attend industry events and conferences
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends
