Job Description
8Fleet is seeking a growth marketing manager to scale the driver population and expand their operational infrastructure for autonomous and non-autonomous rideshare fleets. This role focuses on end-to-end ecosystem growth, top-of-funnel acquisition and conversion using a data-driven approach, and continuous improvement. The company prioritizes automation and utilizing next-gen tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing at a high-growth startup
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid acquisition, SEO, social media)
- Experience with lifecycle marketing and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Data-driven and out-of-the-box thinker
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
