Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to optimize paid acquisition, referral programs, and retention marketing.
Requirements
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn etc.) to acquire new Heavy Users.
- Identify cost-effective growth channels beyond paid media to reduce CAC.
- Oversee referral, loyalty, and ambassador programs to drive viral growth.
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Work with Product and Customer Success teams to reduce churn and increase retention.
- Develop and track growth metrics, LTV, CAC, and ROI for all initiatives.
