Job Description
8Fleet is hiring a Market Manager to join and grow with our team. The Market Manager is responsible for the management of 8Fleet's operations in San Francisco, including but not limited to: managing end-to-end operations, strategic planning, data oversight, business operations, and BD.
Requirements
- 2+ years of operations management, business consulting, or related experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Goal focus with a strong bias toward action
- Entrepreneurial hustle and proven self-starter with owner's mentality
- Data-driven mindset, strong business judgment, and proven ability to perform analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- BA/BS with an impressive academic record
- MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus
- Experience with ridesharing platforms (Uber, Lyft) is a strong plus
Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $105k-$125k
- Plus annual bonus and strong stock option award
