Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges by designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing coaching, training, and supervision to staff.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related diagnoses
- Experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Current TB test/PPD or Chest X-Ray (as required)
- Active BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision) through BACB
