Job Description
A Bright Future, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. The BCBA will design and implement individualized treatment plans, provide coaching and supervision to staff, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related diagnoses
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Current TB test/PPD or Chest X-Ray (as required)
- Active BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision) through BACB
