Job Description
The ACT Team Mental Health Professional will serve as a therapeutic resource to consumers as a member of an established Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT). They will participate in team meetings, provide input into the person-centered planning process, and remain available face-to-face or by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related Human Services area
- 2 years of professional MH work experience (AP) or 1 year (QP)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance coverage, and reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office- MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
