A COMMUNITY OF FRIENDS is a nonprofit organization that manages residential properties and delivers supportive housing and case management services to formerly homeless individuals and families, ensuring maintenance, tenant support, and comprehensive care.
This position is part of a supportive housing case management team focused on homeless individuals and families. The CM-I will provide individual case management, including intake, assessment, goal setting, and referral, using Motivational Interviewing, Critical Time Intervention, and Stages of Change frameworks. Collaboration with other Services and Property Management Staff is key to achieving client goals.
