Job Description
The Project Manager I will lead and manage all activities related to the development of affordable multifamily housing developments. This role involves leading teams, identifying and performing due diligence, managing entitlement approvals, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The position requires a drive to ensure projects comply with regulations and timelines.
