Job Description
A Facilities Maintenance Technician is needed to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive building and grounds environment at all ADP properties assigned. The position involves performing various building repairs and preventative maintenance tasks, as well as maintaining commercial/industrial property components, grounds, and equipment.
Requirements
- Safe performance of applicable building repairs and preventative maintenance
- Maintenance/troubleshooting of electrical/burg/fire protection systems
- Maintaining commercial/industrial property components
- Maintaining company property grounds
- Willingness/ability to operate forklifts, aerial work platforms, and other operating equipment
- Willingness/ability to perform property/facility visual inspections
- Maintaining and organizing files/documentation for applicable facilities
