Job Description
A. Duie Pyle is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive building and grounds environment at all ADP properties assigned.
Requirements
- Safe performance of applicable building repairs and preventative maintenance
- Maintain/troubleshoot routine electrical/burg/fire protection systems, devices, etc.
- Maintain commercial/industrial property components
- Maintain company property grounds
- Willingness/ability to operate forklifts, aerial work platforms and other operating equipment
- Willingness/ability to perform property/facility visual inspections
- Willingness/ability to answer/respond to after-hours/emergency calls
- Maintain and organize files/documentation for applicable facilities
