Job Description
A New Leaf is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to provide support and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence in a 24-hour emergency shelter. The Case Manager will conduct assessments, develop individualized safety and service plans, and connect clients to vital resources.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: HS Diploma/GED required & experience working with domestic violence, homeless or economically disadvantaged population required
- Knowledge of community resources. Knowledge of and/or experience with trauma informed practices required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- Bilingual verbally in Spanish, preferred.
