Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Case Manager to join The Good Seed CDC team in Leimert Park, CA. This position supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness through a trauma-informed, client-centered, and housing-focused approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in case management, housing navigation, or social services
- Ability to work with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders
