Case Manager (Project-Based)

Brilliant Corners is seeking a Case Manager to provide intensive case management services to homeless individuals in the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Project Based program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with homeless populations and a strong understanding of evidence-based interventions.

Requirements

• 1 year experience working with homeless population
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or a related field
• Ability to transport clients in your vehicle
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word and Excel required)
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions including Harm Reduction, Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing
