Case Manager I

SHELTER, Inc. is a non-profit organization that helps individuals and families rebuild their lives by providing housing and resources. The Case Manager I role is responsible for intake and assessment, case planning, and data and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with low-income and homeless populations, computer skills, and a degree in a related field.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience working with low-income and/or homeless populations
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• AA degree or Bachelors degree in lieu of experience will be highly considered
• Access to reliable personal transportation required
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must provide TB test clearance
