Requirements
- Educate, supervise and care of children
- Ensure the safety of children at all times
- Assist in planning and preparing the environment and activities for children
- Assist with classroom education, assessments, and lesson planning
- Teach children healthy personal habits
- Prepare daily reports, health checks and other documentation as required by the Phoenix Day program and other agencies CACFP, ADHS, etc.
- Establish and maintain a rapport with parents
- Welcome and work with visitors and volunteers
- Attend quarterly all-staff meetings and promotional events
- Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by Phoenix Day
