Manager, Operations

Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products, including product strategy, production and quality control standards, and budget and cost controls. Provides guidance to the development of a manufacturing process plan and ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required
• Ability to speak Spanish
• Warehouse performance management experience required
