Manager, Operations

Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products by performing various duties. Responsible for supervising subordinate supervisors and employees, ensuring established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met, and coordinating manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required
• Must have experience working in production based/fast paced environment
• Warehouse performance management experience required
