Manager, Operations

We are seeking a Manager, Operations to lead our operations and development of company products. The successful candidate will manage all activities related to operations and development, including providing input to product strategy, establishing production and quality control standards, and ensuring all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required
• Must have experience working in production based/fast paced environment
• Warehouse performance management experience required
