Operations Support Associate

As an Operations Support Associate, you will provide administrative support to multi-shift terminal operations, processing and verifying shipment documentation, tracking incoming freight, and preparing packages for shipments. The primary role is to support the shipment of inbound and outbound freight.

Requirements

• Verify accuracy of inbound and outbound documentation
• Track incoming containers and resolve issues as necessary
• Prepare document packages for shipments using windows-based shipping systems
• Coordinate documentation for incoming freight
• Build outbound manifests and prepare paperwork for shipments
• Solve issues that impact inventory accuracy
• Support Yard department with gate activities, equipment reconciliation reporting, and equipment management
• Support Customer Service department with systematic data entry
• Perform job-related duties as specified by management
