People Partner

The People Partner/HR Manager role is a dynamic position that involves supporting site leadership teams through a time of great business transformation, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business in the designated geography or site.

Requirements

• Solid experience as an HR manager within a logistics environment
• Deep understanding of HR fundamentals, including recruitment, people performance management, employee engagement, compensation, development, employee relations
• Advanced knowledge of local labor law
• Experience from working in unionized environments
• Experience in developing, safeguarding, and interpreting HR policies and processes
• Ability to take ownership and act autonomously
• Good change management, facilitation and coaching skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
