People Partner

Helsing is a defence AI company looking for a People Partner to deliver people programmes and partnerships that keep their teams performing and growing. The role involves building relationships with managers and team members, developing understanding of Helsing's technology, domain and commercial context, and delivering performance frameworks, leadership and management development programmes, and change management programmes.

Requirements

• Built and scaled people processes and systems across multiple functions within high-growth organisations
• Advised commercial and technical stakeholders on people strategy, organisational design and talent planning
• Designed and delivered change management programmes in fast-moving environments
• Active curiosity about the business context and a genuine understanding of the business context
