Job Description
Maersk is seeking a People Partner to support the Global Operations Function at HQ in Copenhagen, responsible for HR annual wheel activities, strategic HR projects, and facilitating workshops.
Requirements
- Solid experience in an HR partnering position from a large sized organisation (preferably from a global organisation with a matrix structure)
- Passion for business partnering and supporting leaders in delivering a great management experience
- Solid experience with the HR annual wheel activities in a corporate environment
- Experience with change management, workshop facilitation, and individual coaching
- Strong proficiency in English
