Senior Business Development Manager

Drive commercial growth of Stillstrom, a green transition leader in maritime, by leading client engagements and negotiations to turn opportunities into contracts, accelerating commercialization in offshore wind.

Requirements

• 7–10 years’ experience in technical/CAPEX project sales, ideally offshore wind
• Proven B2B/B2G track record; cleantech or maritime experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of offshore wind operations and/or vessel management
• Relevant degree (business or technical + MBA)
• Skilled in complex sales processes, negotiations, and risk allocation
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
