Supervisor, Operations

We are seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee the activities of workers concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in stockroom, warehouse, or yard. The supervisor will maintain adequate records of inventory adjustments, assist with inventory control, and perform cycle count and investigate variances.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to maintain adequate records of inventory adjustments, assist with inventory control, and perform cycle count and investigate variances.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to plan, assign, and direct work, and ensure proper safety procedures are followed.
• Ability to track productivity and qualify performance by individual, function, and department.
• Ability to work with Inventory Control to ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy possible.
