Job Description
The Human Relations Generalist supports core Human Relations functions with a primary focus on recruiting, onboarding, and general HR administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1â2 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative support preferred (internships accepted)
- Basic understanding of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and benefits
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, customerâservice mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
- Willingness to learn HR systems, processes, and employmentârelated requirements
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
