Job Description
A&W in Williams Lake, BC is seeking full-time Food Service Supervisors to supervise, coordinate, and support front-line staff during assigned shifts to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
- 3 years experience in food preparation
- FOODSAFE Level 1 required; FOODSAFE Level 2 preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a food service environment preferred
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
