Job Description
A&W Restaurants in Williams Lake, BC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to start immediately. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer experience, adherence to A&W standards, and growth and profitability of the business.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with supervisory experience.
- Expertise in all restaurant positions and operating systems.
- FOODSAFE Level 1 required; Level 2 preferred.
- Basic or Intermediate First Aid certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training an asset.
