Job Description
The Mechanical HVAC Foreman will oversee the installation or maintenance of HVAC, utility, and process piping systems, ensuring site safety and quality control programs. The role involves leading a team, coordinating with project management and sub-contractors, and maintaining project as-built documentation.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage a team of pipe fitters, plumbers, welders, and apprentices
- 10 years of field experience
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in industrial construction
- Attention to detail and quality
- Good documentation and record keeping
