Job Description
A3T's Helpdesk Support Specialist is responsible for addressing problems, installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and providing maintenance and training in response to customer requirements or inquiries.
Requirements
- Provide customer service and technical support
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and provide maintenance and training
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems
- Knowledge of database procedures, disaster recovery continuity of operations plans, and electronic devices
- Knowledge of systems administration concepts, operations, and processes
- Experience in simulating or recreating end-user problems, conducting open-source research, and testing and configuring network workstations and peripherals
