Requirements
- Maximize life insurance market penetration with current members and property/casualty insureds
- Maintain high quality production and persistency standards
- Identify and develop sales opportunities within the community
- Provide life sales support and training to frontline employees and agents
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with front line employees, Sales Agents and branch management team
- Stay well-informed of changes and developments in policy and/or external practices
- Attend meetings to obtain information, provide input, keep lines of communication open and offer sales ideas
- Develop annual business plan to meet goals and determine responsibilities
