Job Description
Join AAA The Auto Club Group as a Field Insurance Service Representative and provide high-level support to the Insurance Agency and members by servicing existing insurance accounts. Key responsibilities include performing retention calls, processing applications, renewals, and amendments, resolving customer problems, and selling membership and financial products.
Requirements
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance and Membership training within 6 months of hire
