Job Description
The position is for a Remote P&C Licensed Insurance CSR with AAA The Auto Club Group. The role involves providing customer service, selling insurance products, and handling customer inquiries. The job requires a current Property & Casualty Insurance license, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to navigate PC Windows environment. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Ability to navigate PC Windows environment
- Providing a high level of customer-focused service
- Navigating multiple sources of information and applying them as needed
- Performing monetary transactions (e.g., entering key data into the cash terminal, adjusting account balances, etc.)
