Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is a growth stage technology and data-driven commercial MGA and insurance wholesaler seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide essential support to underwriters, agents, customers, and internal teams across both commercial and personal lines.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of insurance experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of employment
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to respond professionally to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, and business partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to management and external groups
- Ability to provide fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical business situations
- Proficiency with email, record-keeping systems, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and related office software
- Above-average knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
- Valid Driver's License
