Aacres is looking for skilled individuals to join their direct support staff team. The company provides support to youths and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group or individual home environment.
Requirements
- Facilitate Instruction
- Assist in Household/Yard Maintenance Tasks
- Assist in Personal Hygiene
- Facilitate and Assist in Community Based Activities and Resources
- Facilitate and Assist in Health Appointments
- Supervise and Document Medications
- Work to Ensure Safety and Security of the Individuals we support
- Promote Positive Relationships with Individuals
- Report all Suspected Incidents of Abuse/Neglect
- Maintain Individuals Cash and Program Funds
- Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures
- Documentation
- Maintain Professionalism at all Times
- Respect for Individuals Confidentiality Issues
- Positive Attitude and Demeanor
- Attend all Required Trainings and Maintain any Required Licenses
