Job Description
The Program Supervisor is responsible for maintaining responsibility for residential administration, oversight, and fiscal operation of residential individuals in the home, worksites and community. The Program Supervisor will act as liaison with state agencies and program contacts, provide leadership and management over services, and ensure that Aacres Mission and Values are carried out on a consistent basis.
Requirements
- College degree in rehabilitation, psychology, special education, social work, or a related field (preferred)
- One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Two years of experience supervising staff in maintaining quality services
- Professional demeanor and consideration of grooming and appearance
- Commitment to the values of Aacres and DRC, including health and safety, community integration, choice and quality of life for all individuals
- Moderate to advanced computer experience
