Job Description
To support the purchasing department of one of our key clients, we are looking for a Freelance Operational Purchasing Support professional. In this role, you will provide hands-on operational support and contribute to the efficiency and optimisation of purchasing processes.
Requirements
- Provide administrative support within the purchasing department
- Ensure strict follow-up of the purchasing process and timely creation of purchase orders
- Support internal customers and suppliers regarding purchase orders in SAP and the Ariba network
- Create, modify and manage purchase orders across different purchasing groups in SAP
- Create and follow up on contracts in SAP
- Monitor functional mailboxes and ensure smooth communication
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Excellence team to implement optimisations
