Test Engineer I - Electrical Controls

Role Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Test Engineer I to support the development & validation of AAON control solutions through product design and development testing.

What You Will Do

Work directly with New Product Development teams, test electronic circuits, PCBs, Embedded Software Sequences, and HVAC System configurations, conduct compliance testing, and provide technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering technology, HVACR Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Valid licensed driver for independent travel to job sites
• Operational knowledge on commercial HVAC systems
• Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical or electronic systems
• Ability to read and comprehend machine wiring diagrams
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
