Job description
The Test Rack Engineer ensures the full operation and functionality of AAON product by testing in the End of Line testing facilities before product shipment. They oversee End of Line testing of every unit on the manufacturing line and give approval or denial of successful product operation.
The Test Rack Engineer will test and report on nonconforming product, maintain knowledge of current and new AAON product, and work with management and departments to develop and review testing plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HVAC/R disciplines, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
